Residents took part in a free session organized by PSJ Cobre Mendocino aimed at providing tools to manage stress and improve emotional well-being.

PSJ Cobre Mendocino hosted the workshop “Living Without Anxiety”, an open space for the community designed to share simple techniques to relieve tension, calm the mind, and promote restorative rest.

With two sessions —at 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.— the activity was held at the PSJ office in Uspallata and brought together participants of different ages interested in incorporating practical tools for managing anxiety in daily life.

The workshop covered basic concepts such as conscious breathing, gentle body movement, and emotional self-care routines. These spaces aim to strengthen emotional health as part of people’s overall well-being, especially in contexts of high demand or uncertainty.

This initiative is part of the Project’s commitment to the human and social development of the region, promoting not only productive opportunities but also spaces for support, listening, training, and community strengthening.

PSJ expressed its gratitude to all those who participated with enthusiasm and openness in this experience.
